DIX LABELLER IN – LINE
For the Economical way to label Fruit & Vegetable choose a Dix High Speed label applicator.
Label application is by demand. The labeler remains in standby mode until activated by the object passing under the arm and /or a signal from the grading computer controller.
A chassis plug enables connection of an “out of labels” alarm and interface to a computer grader for selective labeling. The Dix labeling machine requires minimal maintenance and
is suitable for labeling a wide variety of fruit and vegetables.
The standard labeler will take 17-25mm wide labels and 10-25mm long labels. Virtually any label shape can be dispensed. The standard machine can be modified to accept up to 85mm wide and up to 105mm long labels.
DIX LABELLER HAND HELD
The Dix electronically operated hand labeler is activated by moving the labeler towards the operator across the surface of the item to be labeled. The quick easy action can apply up to six standard labels per second with labour saving action and minimal operator fatigue.
Available to suit different width and lengths of label stock. The Standard LB7 model will accept a label ranging in size from 17 – 25mm wide x 10 – 30mm in length, there are seven models to choose from including battery models.
